These Bonus Terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the 234e platform. They form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Bonus Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Only customers with an active account in good standing may participate in bonuses. A bonus may be claimed only once per person, family, address, email address, phone number, payment method, device or IP address. 234e reserves the right to require identity verification before awarding any bonus. To qualify for any deposit-based bonus, you must have made at least one eligible deposit unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and shall be used in accordance with the offer terms. You will normally use your Real Balance before using Bonus Balance. A bonus is activated on the date specified in the offer and remains valid for thirty (30) days from activation. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited.
The Bonus Balance is distinct from the Real Balance. Any winnings derived from the Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements. The maximum amount that may be released to the Real Balance from a bonus is as follows, unless the offer states otherwise: non-deposit bonus €25; deposit bonus up to ten times the bonus amount; Free Spins winnings €100. If the total value of a bonus exceeds these caps, the excess will be removed at the time of conversion to Real Balance.
Wagering requirements apply to bonuses as specified in each promotional offer. If you cancel a bonus or fail to meet wagering requirements within the validity period, the entire bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the Real Balance may be withdrawn.
234e may monitor play for irregular or abusive activity. Examples include low-margin betting, hedging strategies, currency-switching to meet wagering requirements, multi-accounting, or any practice intended to exploit bonuses. If detected, 234e may revoke the bonus entitlement, confiscate winnings, suspend or close accounts, and apply administrative charges where appropriate. 234e reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonuses and related winnings in cases of suspected irregular play or fraud.
Players must provide sufficient proof of identity prior to receiving any bonus where required. 234e processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
