Overview

The 234e Partner Program enables affiliates to monetize referrals to 234e's online casino and sportsbook platform. The program supports multi‑currency and crypto deposits, provides transparent tracking, and ensures timely payments under a formal Affiliate Agreement. Partners may select from RevShare, CPA, or Hybrid arrangements, with terms negotiated on a per‑partner basis to align with traffic quality and geographic focus.

Commission Structures

Affiliates participate under one of three models. Rates are defined in the Affiliate Agreement and may be adjusted by performance metrics and deal negotiations.

• RevShare — affiliates earn a percentage of the net revenue generated by referred players for the duration of their activity. Tiered rates based on the number of first‑time depositing players (FTDs) referred:
  • 0–10 FTDs: 25% of net revenue
  • 11–30 FTDs: 35% of net revenue
  • 31–75 FTDs: 40% of net revenue
  • 76+ FTDs: 50% of net revenue
  Net revenue is defined in the Affiliate Agreement as gross activity attributable to referred players after eligible bonuses and promotions, fees, and chargebacks that are legally deductible by 234e.
• CPA — a fixed payment per qualified first‑time depositing player. CPA is capped at 1,000 USD per player. Representative tier examples (defined in the agreement) may include:
  • 1 FTD: 100 USD
  • 2–4 FTDs: 250 USD
  • 5–9 FTDs: 500 USD
  • 10+ FTDs: 1,000 USD
  CPA payments are made for each qualified new depositor in accordance with the agreed schedule and subject to applicable verification and compliance checks.
• Hybrid — a combined structure that couples RevShare with a fixed CPA component. Hybrid deals are negotiated per campaign and may include, for example, 25–40% RevShare on net revenue plus a fixed CPA up to 1,000 USD per qualifying new player, depending on traffic quality and geography.

Payouts and Payment Terms

Payouts are issued on a monthly basis following the completed reconciliation period. The standard payout window is the 15th business day of the month for activity completed in the prior calendar month, subject to verification and compliance checks. Minimum payout threshold is 100 USD (or currency equivalent).

• Payment methods include bank transfer, cryptocurrency wallet, and approved e‑wallets; affiliates select their preferred method in the partner portal.
• Payments are subject to withholding and reporting as required by applicable law and tax regulations; the Affiliate Agreement governs specific withholdings and reporting obligations.
• There is a reconciliation period for each month to resolve any discrepancies related to fraud checks, bonus awards, or chargebacks; final payout amounts are determined after reconciliation.
• No negative carryover applies; balances are settled in accordance with the terms of the Affiliate Agreement and are not deducted against future earnings.

Tracking, Reporting, and Data

Affiliates have access to real‑time dashboards displaying key metrics. Data points include clicks, signups, FTDS, revenue, and earnings, with refreshes on a near real‑time basis and daily statements for reconciliation. The Affiliate Portal provides downloadable reports and event‑level tracking; API access is available upon request for partner integrations.

Marketing Resources and Creative

234e provides a range of marketing assets to support performance campaigns. Resources include banners, landing pages, tracking links, promotional copy, and a customizable landing page toolkit. Creatives are provided in accordance with brand guidelines and may be requested or adjusted through the Affiliate Manager for locality and compliance needs.

Promotions and Campaigns

Affiliates gain access to exclusive promotions and seasonal campaigns designed to improve player acquisition and retention. Promotions may include time‑limited bonuses, enhanced RevShare windows, and geo‑targeted offers. The Affiliate Agreement governs eligibility and payout adjustments related to promotional activity.

Onboarding and Affiliate Support

New partners undergo a structured onboarding process. An assigned Affiliate Manager provides guidance on strategy, traffic sources, and creative optimization. Onboarding steps include application review, contract execution, KYC/compliance checks, and initial campaign setup. Ongoing support covers performance optimization, deal amendments, and escalation paths for any reporting discrepancies.

Compliance, Brand Protection, and Prohibited Activity

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The program enforces brand usage guidelines, prohibits deceptive or manipulative marketing, and bans fraud, bot traffic, and misrepresentation. The Affiliate Agreement reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account engaging in prohibited activity or posing brand risk. 234e conducts periodic compliance reviews and reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate commissions in accordance with the agreement.

Data Privacy and Security

All processing of affiliate data complies with applicable data protection laws. The Affiliate Agreement includes data handling and processing terms, and 2‑factor authentication is recommended for access to the partner portal. Affiliates may request a Data Processing Agreement where required by local law.

Term and Termination

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, affiliates are entitled to payout of earned but unpaid commissions in accordance with the payment schedule. Outstanding balances may be settled within thirty (30) days of termination, subject to post‑termination checks. Termination for material breach or violation of program rules suspends all further accruals and may forfeit unpaid earnings.
