I. Deposits
This section governs the funding of your 234e account for wagering and gameplay. The following rules apply to all fiat and eligible virtual currency deposits.

Minimum deposit: 20 EUR or equivalent.

Accepted methods: debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), supported e-wallets, and deposits using designated virtual currencies as displayed in the deposits area. Availability may vary by jurisdiction.

Deposit processing and crediting: deposits are processed through a Financial Institution or Payment Solution Provider and shall be credited to the User’s account following confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Fiat deposits may be converted to virtual currency for gameplay where required.

KYC and ownership: the User may be required to complete identity verification prior to or during deposits. The name on the payment method must match the account holder’s name. It is unlawful to deposit funds originating from illicit sources.

Deposit limits: per transaction maximums apply by method; examples include Visa/Mastercard up to 5,000 EUR; per day up to 10,000 EUR; per month up to 15,000 EUR. Other methods carry limits as displayed on the deposit page.

Multiple deposits: where permitted by the payment provider, the User may submit multiple deposit requests concurrently, subject to the method limits and this Policy.
II. Withdrawals
Withdrawals govern the cashing out of winnings and must comply with identity checks and the limits described herein. The User must complete identity verification (KYC) and meet all conditions before processing payouts.

Minimum withdrawal: 40 EUR or equivalent.

Per transaction limits by method: Visa 1,000 EUR; Mastercard 1,000 EUR; other methods vary as shown on the withdrawal page.

Aggregate withdrawal caps: 1,000 EUR per day; 2,500 EUR per week; 15,000 EUR per month for all withdrawals combined.

Payment method and settlement: withdrawals will be issued to the original payment method where possible; if not feasible, 234e may settle withdrawals through an alternative supported method. Virtual currency withdrawals are made to the wallet bound to the User’s account, subject to other rules herein.

Processing time: withdrawal requests will be approved or rejected within two (2) days; this period may be extended during additional checks.

Cancellation: you may cancel a withdrawal before it is completed; funds are returned to your account.

Play-through requirement: to withdraw, you must wager through the deposited funds at least three times prior to withdrawal.

Asset compatibility: fiat withdrawals are not available for funds deposited in virtual currency and vice versa. XRP and other currencies requiring a destination tag must be correctly configured; 234e shall not be liable for losses resulting from misconfigured wallet details or missing tags.

Blockchain confirmations: virtual currency withdrawals require the necessary confirmations corresponding to the deposited asset before settlement.

Fees: additional fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or countries and will be indicated on the withdrawal page.

Identity and due diligence: 234e reserves the right to perform additional KYC procedures prior to processing withdrawals and to hold withdrawals pending verification.
III. Chargebacks and Refunds
This section addresses reversals of funds and refunds outside the standard deposit/withdrawal flow.

Chargebacks: a chargeback is a reversal of funds initiated by the card issuer. If a chargeback is initiated, 234e may block the Account, recoup funds, apply applicable fees, and seek confirmation of identity and payment method. Administrative actions may be taken to recover costs associated with the chargeback.

Reasons for chargeback may include lack of cardholder authorization, incorrect card data, fraudulent use, or other grounds recognized by payment schemes.

Consequences: 234e may reclaim funds, reverse related winnings, freeze funds, or offset future winnings to recover losses; any remaining balance may be treated as inactive if blocked due to chargeback.

Refund policy: refunds are granted at 234e’s discretion. Requests may be submitted by email to support at 234e; 234e will respond within two (2) days stating the grounds for denial or approval. Refunds are not tied to bank processing in the same manner as chargebacks and may involve re-crediting to the User’s account. Gameplay is consumed instantly, and refunds or cancellations of services during active play are not generally offered where real money has been staked.

Refund grounds: accidental credit, unauthorized deposits, or services not fully provided may be considered for refunds; each case is assessed on its merits.
IV. Additional Provisions
This section covers miscellaneous matters, including handling of errors and abuse investigations.

Erroneous credits: if 234e credits winnings or funds in error, those funds remain the property of 234e; the Company may void the transaction, withhold funds, and set off future winnings to recover the mistaken credit.

Notification and remediation: users must notify 234e support immediately of any erroneous credit; 234e may require the return of funds and/or additional verification.

Gameplay alignment: deposits must be commensurate with gameplay; 234e may investigate suspected abuse, including depositing funds without wagering at appropriate levels or patterns indicating misuse.

Account risk and suspensions: 234e reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts or freeze funds where abuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns are suspected.

Policy updates: 234e may modify this Payment Policy from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms, which apply to existing accounts.
